Daisy Rye Whiskey

Daisy is a five year old Rye Whiskey that has been finished in toasted French oak barrels. It has a deep amber color with aromas of butterscotch, dry toasted oak with hints of vanilla and citrus peel. The palate is a balance of candied fruit and rye spice to open with the mid-palate evolving into toasted oak smokiness and baking spices. Daisy finishes with lingering notes of maple butter, vanilla, and baking spices.
