“Moose” is a cask strength single barrel straight bourbon whiskey that has been aged for five years and finished in a white port/madeira barrel. This high rye bourbon is 121.8 proof, abv.  60.9%.  Moose is part of our Whiskey Project which is a series of delicious and inventive whiskey blends hand-crafted in a Cape Cod barn by master distiller Dave Roberts.
